If
you can breathe you can meditate, so if you have never tried this practice
before, or if you wish to join a group and meditate with others do come along.
We
will begin with a simple meditation to re-connect more fully with this planet
and through simple easy exercises we will do a mindful breath meditation being
fully aware and engaged in the present moment.
There
are no tricks or complicated processes involved, merely bring your willingness
to leave aside all your worries, tensions and stresses for 1 hour and find
peace, silence and your own true self once again.
Take
some time for yourself and reconnect to your core self once more.
